RETURN & REFUND POLICY


We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery in the following cases only:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Damaged or defective items upon arrival

Items must be unused and in original packaging. We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect orders placed by the customer.

 

WARRANTY

Our products come with a 30-day quality guarantee. For issues after the 14-day return window, contact support@zorvaxy.com with order number and photos. We will offer repair, replacement, or store credit.
